DIVERTER 1300/1100 INOX is a stainless conveyor belt equipped with optical equipment that feeds food pieces put in a plastic bag to a special transfer system that sequentially positions the pieces at the entrance of a vacuum packaging machine.
The transfer can work in both directions depending on the side in which the input band is placed.
• Line efficiency: OEE˃90%.

• Consists of:
o Stainless steel conveyor with optical control equipment.
o Mobile stainless steel exchanger system.
• Double conveyor of 24 motorized rollers with rollers of diameter 30 and step 48.
• Perpendicular traction system composed of 22 belt sections 500x8mm with central traction tractioned by the same axis.
• Pneumatic lift.
• End of the exchanger protruding from the rollers to enter the second belt conveyor.
o Fixed stainless steel exchanger system.
• Perpendicular traction system composed of 22 strap section 390x8mm with central traction tractioned by the same axis.
o Ferrules of the protruding exchanger of the rollers to enter 24 mm in the next machine.
o Security closure.
o Electric control panel.

This diverter, or belt exchanger, is built for the sequencing and positioning of a wide range of products such as meat products, dairy products, etc … within the dimensions specified in the technical sheet.
