FLOW PACK SP 100 H RC INOX

The SP 100 H RC INOX is an automatic Flow Pack type wrapper, built to wrap a wide range of products automatically with heat-sealing materials.

The machine is used for wrapping solid products individually, which, within the dimensions specified in the technical data sheet, require their protection in a certain way with respect to external agents.

The mechanical construction is robust and the operation versatile since the machine has electronic control of the different movements of the machine.

EXTERIOR

• Machine built in stainless steel.
• Mechanical and electronic elements of the machine at the rear inside easily accessible cabinets.
• Direction of work from right to left, with easy access panel. LH version from left to right.

INPUT

• 2.500 mm loading zone feed belt with double pusher and central belt.
• Product detection by photocells.

REEL HOLDER

• Motorized reel holder for dragging the film.
• Constant film tension from the maximum to the minimum diameter of the reel.
• Self-centering double reel holder.

FORMING BOX

• Variable forming box to the predetermined width of the worktop depending on the product.

LONGITUDINAL SEALERS

• Longitudinal sealing with independent drive.
• Sealing center regulation.
• 3 pairs of rollers.
  • 2 sets for longitudinal sealing.
  • 1 heated set for longitudinal sealing
• Pneumatic opening of the sealing rollers when stopping the machine.

SURPLUSS COLLECTOR

• Motorized waste collector with fill detection.

CROSS SECTION

• BOX MOTION type clamp for transverse sealing actuated by servo motor.
• Cross sealing width 400 mm. which guarantees perfect sealing.

FUNCTIONS

• Adjustment of bag length, cutting speed, etc from touch screen.
• Memorization of parameters up to 100 products.
• Non-product, non-bag function.
• Detection of badly positioned product.
• Stop with open transverse sealing bars.
