FLOW PACK RVS4 INOX

The RVS4 INOX is an automatic Flow Pack wrapper, built to wrap a wide range of products automatically with heat-sealing materials.

One of the characteristics of this machine is that it can work interchangeably with BOPP polypropylene films, shrink polyolefins and complex and barrier films without making mechanical adjustments.

The machine is used to individually wrap solid products that, within the dimensions specified in the technical data sheet, require protection in a certain way from external agents.

Mechanical construction is robust and its operation versatile since it has electronic control of the different movements of the machine.

EXTERIOR

• Machine built in stainless steel.
• Mechanical and electronic elements of the machine at the back inside cabinets with easy access.

ENTRANCE

• Entrance driven by independent motor.
• Easy removal of the fabric for cleaning by removing the entrance.
• 2200mm feeding belt and 1400mm payload area.
• Entrance for manual feeding through antimicrobial band and guides adaptable to the product.
• Product detection by photocells.

REEL HOLDER

• Motorized double reel holder controlled by inverter.
• Reel holder with automatic change kit.
• Constant film tension from the maximum to the minimum diameter of the reel adjustable from the screen.
• Centering of printed film (print registration).

FORMING BOX

• Variable former depending on the product, adjustable in height and width.
  
  • Minimum width 50mm, maximum 350mm.

LONGITUDINAL SEALING

• Longitudinal sealing with independent drive.
• Regulation of the sealing center by touch screen.
• Block sealing discs made up of:
  
  • 2 sets of heated welding disc.
  • 1 set of disc for shrink welding or excess cutting.
• Drag of Excess Film by means of belts.
• Possibility of choosing any disc of the longitudinal sealer by program, since they are controlled by independent solenoid valves.
• Designed for shrink application, shrink complex and BOPP.

CROSS SECTION

• Accompanied clamp for transversal welding, actuated by servomotor.
• Adjustable welding center driven by servomotor.
• Transversal sealing width 450 mm.
• Serrated cutting blade.
• Designed for shrink, complex shrink and BOPP applications.

SURPLUS COLLECTOR

• Motorized waste collector with fill detection.
• Pneumatic piston for the correct distribution of the film.
• Ø400mm collecting disc.

FUNCTIONS

• Adjustment of the bag length, cutting speed, etc. from the touch screen.
• Memorization of parameters up to 100 products.
• Function of no product no bag.
• Detection of bad positioned product or product under clamp.
• Stop with open cross sealing jaws.
• Automatic stop of the machine in case of obstruction of the cross section with electronic force limiter.
• Height adjustable cross sealing centering.

ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT

• Electronic machine equipped with a servomotor to drive the cross section.
• Electronic machine equipped with independent motors (sealing rollers, intermediate bands and feeding band) controlled by inverters with asynchronous motors.
• 10” color touch screen, which facilitates the status of the machine at all times.
• Temperature regulators integrated in touch screen.

• Bioriented Polypropylene: Glossy film for automatic non-shrink bagging. (BOPP)
