4 wrapping cycles:
• Simple: Starts with the marked lower reinforcement turns, goes up in free plate turn speed, performs the higher reinforcement turns and stops in position. It allows to cut the film above, and press RESET to lower the reel holder.
• Double: Starts with the lower reinforcing laps marked, goes up in slow turntable speed, performs the upper reinforcement laps, lowers the free plate turning speed and stops in position.
• Double-plus: Performs the same operations as the Double cycle but we can adjust the speed of rise, descent and platform rotation through potentiometer.
• Complete: Double-plus cycle with anti-rain. The cycle stops after 6 sec. down to place the upper plastic by the operator and pressing START rises in free plate turn speed, makes the top turns again, lowers the free plate turning speed and stops in position.

BEX 600 TP is a semi-automatic pallet wrapper for hand truck loading. This model is manufactured in two versions: with frontal loading (Model BEX 600 TP-F) or with 90º side loading (Model BEX 600 TP-L). Both have the same features and share the design of the column where the reel holder assembly with the mechanical brake and the height control photocell, and the electrical panel are integrated.
The machine has a foldable column for easy transport and is also designed to be easily moved since it has holes in the back for a forklift to insert the shovels and move it easily and safely.
