Rolled carpet packaging line composed of a BEAL 80 in-line sleeve wrapper and a BTMD shrink tunnel working with BELCA shrink polyethylene.
BEALs are state-of-the-art packaging machines, designed to wrap products or batches of products with shrink polyethylene film.
Starting in all cases with two foil coils as wrapping material, one top and one bottom, the product is tubularly wrapped and sent to a heat chamber, in this case a BTMD tunnel with mesh conveyor and double heat chamber with independent regulation.
Through heat, the film contracts so that the final finish is a protected and compact package.
BEAL units are robust machines with versatile operation thanks to the electronic control of the different movements of the machine. They offer high reliability in their operation and allow rapid adaptation to different formats and production needs.
