The TSB 570 INOX range is made up of in-line automatic traysealers for preformed trays based on movement using servo motors with manual loading on the base model and multiple input and output automation options.
The TSB 570 INOX traysealer is specially prepared for sealing trays under vacuum with complex films and also allows the possibility of packaging the products under a modified atmosphere or atmospheric packaging if application requires it.
The working speed of this unit is up to 32 packs per minute in the case of vacuum or vacuum and gas and 60 packs in the case of sealing only.
Tray output is carried out by means of a modular belt with a built-in aligner as standard, and format changes are very simple.
