Flow pack packaging of flat peach trays with BF 100 H and macroperforated BOPP film.
The BF 100 H are high-end horizontal flow pack or pillow type wrappers designed to automatically wrap products with heat-sealing materials.
They have incorporated a multi-axis electronic control that synchronizes the cross section, the rollers and the feeding carriage, which makes the machine have versatility and flexibility in product changes, as well as a good synchronism in the required movements.
The unit shown has input by pushers and is easy to adjust thanks to the memorization of formats in the touch control panel.
With no product / no bag system that allows the head to stop automatically when there is no product, automatically restarting the process when there are trays available again.
