Packaging in tofu trays in TSB 570 SH INOX traysealer with BELTOP complex film.
The TSB 570 SH INOX traysealer is specially prepared for sealing vacuum trays with complex films and also allows the possibility of packaging the products under a modified atmosphere if the application requires it.
The working speed of this unit is up to 32 packs per minute in the case of vacuum or vacuum and gas and 60 packs in the case of sealing only.
In this unit the speed and the start and stop system are controlled so as not to spill the liquid from the tray.
Tray output through modular belt with built-in aligner as standard. Format changes are very easy.
