The SP 100 HR range has a great flexibility of work that allows you to pack products of different sizes within the same production due to the bottom film wrapping system and the predictive transversal cutting system controlled by photoelectric barriers.
The machine also has a separation control system in the passage from the input belt to the wrapping head which, on the one hand, ensures that the products have a suitable distance from each other for cutting and, on the other hand, allows pausing the process. operation if there is no product to avoid empty bags.
The entire process of the machine is extremely smooth, without jumps or pressures, which makes it ideal for working with frozen and fresh products.
