FLOW PACK HPS5 INOX

The HPS5 INOX is a high-end automatic Flow Pack type wrapper, built to wrap a wide range of products automatically with heat-sealing materials.

The machine is used for wrapping solid products individually, which, within the dimensions specified in the technical data sheet, require their protection in a certain way with respect to external agents.

The mechanical construction is robust and the operation versatile since it has electronic control of the different movements of the machine.

EXTERIOR

• Machine built in stainless steel.
• Mechanical and electronic elements of the machine at the rear inside easily accessible cabinets.
• Direction of work from right to left, with easy access panel. LH version from left to right.

INPUT

• Input driven by independent servomotor.
• Easy removal of the fabric for cleaning by extracting the entrance.
• 2400mm feed carriage and 1440mm feeding area.
• Input for manual feeding through antimicrobial band and guides adaptable to the product.
• Product detection by photocells.

REEL HOLDER

• Inverter controlled double motorized reel holder.
• Reel holder with automatic change kit.
• Regulation of the tension of the rocker arm for the use of any material on the market, by means of a pneumatic cylinder.
• Film tension control that guarantees a constant tension from the beginning to the end of the reel and adjustable from the screen.
• Print registration system control.

FORMING BOX

• Variable in width depending on the product.
• Minimum width 50mm maximum 450mm.

LONGITUDINAL SEALING

• Longitudinal sealing with drive by independent servomotor.
• Block sealing discs composed of:
  • 2 sets of heated disc.
  • 1 set of retractable welding or excess cutting disc, adjustable ±10mm.
• Dragging of Excess Film by means of belts
• Possibility of choosing any disc of the longitudinal sealer by program, since they are controlled by independent solenoid valves.
• Designed for shrink, complex shrink and PP application.

SURPLUS COLLECTOR

• Motorized surplus collector with filling detection.
• Pneumatic piston for the correct distribution of the film.
• Ø400mm collecting disc.
• Regulation of the rocker arm tension by means of a pneumatic cylinder.

CROSS SECTION

• Servomotor driven accompanied clam for transverse sealing.
• Adjustable sealing center driven by servomotor.
• Cross section width 500 mm. which guarantees perfect sealing.
• Serrated cutting blade.
• Designed for shrink, complex shrink and PP application.
• Quick and agile clamp change system.

FUNCTIONS

• Adjustment of bag length, cutting speed, etc. from touch screen.
• Parameter storage for up to 100 products.
• No product no bag function.
• Misplaced product detection.
• Stop with open cross sealing bars.
• Automatic stop of the machine in case of obstruction of the jaws with electronic force limiter.
• Adjustment of the transversal sealing center by means of a servomotor.
• Film break detection.

ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT

• Machine control through a programmable controller for maneuvers with a state-of-the-art dedicated axis controller card through a fiber optic field bus to control the axes with servomotors.
• Electronic machine equipped with independent servomotors (cross section, sealing rollers, belts, feeding belt).
• Self-centering motorized double reel holder.
• Embedded IP65 10.1” color touch screen, which makes it easy to see the status of the machine at all times and its durability.
• Electronic speed servo drives in bands and sealers.
• Sealing temperature regulators with fine adjustment and integrated Autotuning with full configuration and control from a touch screen.
• Control of the temperature and power signal of the resistors by means of electrical rotary connectors.
• Acoustic and luminous reel end warning.
• Substitution of Servomotors and Servodrives in a simple way: the configuration values ​​of that ServoDrive remain in the axis controller, so restarting the machine after a substitution makes it work without the need for any other action, which facilitates substitutions and saves time in breakdowns.
• Backup/Restore function both on the PLC and on the Touch Screen to facilitate the replacement of these 2 elements, again saving time in the event of a breakdown.
• Possibility of viewing both the machine manual and the electrical diagrams on the touch screen.
• Possibility of connecting the machine to the internet (Belca’s own fully secure VPN) to provide remote assistance, facilitating the detection of possible faults or making functional changes in the PLC and/or Touch Screen, this connection can be made via Wi-Fi (connecting the machine to the company’s Wi-Fi network) or via RJ45 cable (the customer will provide an Ethernet network cable with internet access)
• The connection of the machine to the customer’s network will allow access from any device (PC, SmartPhone, Tablet) to display screens with information on the real-time status of the machine (this access can be restricted by password)
