FRAME
Uniform structure totally welded in stainless steel, profile design for easy access and cleaning, pneumatic and electrical cabinets on the side of the frame with removable doors (without hinge).
DESCRIPTION OF THE MACHINE
- Manual or automatic loading zone according to configuration.
- Chain movement through servomotor, with the possibility of regulating acceleration and deceleration by means of a touch screen.
- Rod pusher protection system built and designed to stop the input tray loading movement if it encounters any resistance.
TOP FILM UNWINDER
- Double lateral reel holder with expandable axis controlled by a variator motor, for constant film tensioning.
WELDING
- Welding by means of pneumatic pistons for a better distribution of the welding pressure.
- Independent and adjustable sealing temperature.
- Temperature controller with PID control system and PT100 –Type J probe to ensure close and precise control of the temperature of the sealing plate.
VACUUM
- High lubricated vacuum pump standard 63 -100m³/h and mounted inside the machine frame (optional outside 200, 300 m³/h)
- Vacuum-gas (MAP) values controlled through the digital vacuum controller within the PLC.
- Vacuum and gas control through sensor, time or by stages.
- Angle seat valves.
- Vacuum detection on the screen.

COLLECTION LEFTOVER FILM
- System for collecting excess film by means of a rewinder with an easy extraction system.
SEALING AND CUTTING MOLDS
- Molds made of anodized aluminum (anti-corrosion).
- Molds with independent resistors and fuses with Teflon-coated sealing plates.
- Separate blade with independent springs.
- Maximum standard tray height: 110 mm (optional: up to 165 mm).
- Maximum protruding height of the product: 30 mm.
PACKS OUTPUT
- The packs are driven out of the machine by means of an 800 mm blue fabric motorized belt.
PNEUMATIC EQUIPMENT
- Centralized pneumatic installation in cabinet.
ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT
- Electrical panel with PLC and touch screen.
- Frequency inverters for all drive motors with profinet.
- Chain transmission servo-motor with profinet.
- Possibility of connection through the integrated Ethernet port for remote assistance, which allows real-time monitoring of the machine’s status from anywhere, allowing quick interventions and clearer communications with the consequent cost savings derived from the stoppage of production.
- Touch screen with memory programs that allows easy management of the different recipes: sealing only, partial or total vacuum, graduated vacuum and gas. It also allows to manage all the optional features and options available with the machine.
CONTROL PANEL
- The command and control functions of the different parameters of the machine are housed in a COMMANDER, which includes the touch screen, to activate and deactivate any element of the machine, in addition to the start, stop and emergency stop buttons. .
