FLOW PACK HPN4 INOX

The HPN 4 INOX is an automatic Flow Pack wrapper, built to pack a wide range of products automatically with heat-sealing materials.

The machine is used for wrapping solid products individually, which, within the dimensions specified in the technical data sheet, require protection from external agents and allows it to work both vacuum (with a subsequent vacuum unit) and shrink-wrapping, with the appropriate film and a shrink tunnel.

The mechanical construction is robust and the operation versatile since HPN4 INOX has electronic control of the different movements of the machine.

EXTERIOR

INPUT

• Feeding belt with 2500 mm loading area.

REEL HOLDER

• Motorized reel holders with film tension control by three-phase motor that guarantees a constant film tension from the beginning to the end of the reel and adjustable from the screen.
• Dual motorized side loading reel holders.
• Automatic film change.

FORMING BOX

• Variable forming box depending on the product, adjustable in height and width.
• Width adjustment by servomotor.

LONGITUDINAL SEALERS

• Longitudinal welding with servomotor drive.
• Adjustment of the sealing center through the screen and with automatic positioning by servomotor.
• 6 Pairs of film drag rollers:
  • 1st set of adjustable pull rollers.
  • 2nd set of Preheating rollers to seal.
  • 3rd set of heated rollers for sealing.
  • 4th set of heated rollers for sealing.
  • 5th set cutting blade block or polyolefin welding block.
  • 6th set of rubberized rollers for leftover output.
• Pneumatic opening of the sealing rollers from the screen.
• Individual adjustment of the pneumatic pressure of each sealer with pressure regulators from the touch screen in a precise way.
• Possibility of working with a gas introduction kit.

CROSS SECTION

• BOX MOTION type clamp for cross sealing actuated by servo motor.
• Adjustment of the welding center driven by Servomotor and adjustable automatic positioning from the screen.
• Adjustment of the working height of the adjustable clamp from the screen to adapt to the height of the product.
• Cross seal width 400 mm. with perfect tightness.
• ZIG – ZAG cutting blade.
• Possibility of working with a flat jaw for vacuum bagging, a toothed jaw for standard Flow Pack bagging or a jaw for polyolefin.
• Option to install a presser kit for the extraction of air from the package.

SCRAP COLLECTOR

• Servomotor drive.
• Tension regulation of the remaining film with a rocker and adjustable from the screen.
• Surplus intake capacity with 400mm disc.
• Regulation of the rocker arm tension through pneumatic input.

FUNCTIONS

• Adjustment of bag length, cutting speed, etc. from the touch screen.

• The connection of the machine to the customer’s network will allow access from any device (PC, SmartPhone, Tablet) to display screens with information on the real-time status of the machine (this access can be restricted by password).
