FLOW PACK BFT 300 H

Asynchronous flow-pack specially designed for the bagging of food products with polypropylene 
BOPP, complex heat-sealable films and bagging films from the BelGreen range.

The machine is used for wrapping solid products individually, which, within the dimensions specified in the technical data sheet, require their protection in a certain way with respect to external agents.

EXTERIOR

• Machine built in laminated or stainless steel.
• Mechanical and electronic elements of the machine at the rear inside easily accessible cabinets.
• Direction of work from right to left, with easy access panel. LH version from left to right.

INPUT

• 2735 mm loading zone feed input with pushers.
• Product detection by photocells.
• Product guides adapted to the product.

REEL HOLDER

• Motorized reel holder for dragging the film.
• Constant film tension from the maximum to the minimum diameter of the reel.
• Self-centering single reel holder.

FORMING BOX

• Variable width and height forming box depending on the product.

LONGITUDINAL SEALERS

• Longitudinal sealing with independent drive.
• 3 pairs of rollers.
  • 1st drag game.
  • 2nd and 3rd heated set to perform bottom seal.
• Pneumatic opening of the sealing rollers when stopping the machine.

CROSS SECTION

• Rotating clamp for transverse sealing driven by an independent motor.
• Cross sealing width 300 mm. which guarantees perfect sealing.
• Straight cut blade.

FUNCTIONS

• Adjustment of bag length, cutting speed, etc from touch screen.
• Memorization of parameters up to 100 products.
• Non-product, non-bag function.
• Detection of badly positioned product.
• Stop with open transverse sealing bars.
• Automatic stop of the machine in case of obstruction of the cross section with electronic force limiter.
• Height-adjustable transversal sealing centering.

ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT

• Electronic machine equipped with independent motors (cross section, sealing rollers, belts and feeding belt).
• 5,7 ”color touch screen, which facilitates the status of the machine at all times.
• Electronic variable speed drives in bands and sealants.
• Fine adjustment sealing temperature regulators.
